As part of the Gender and Development Program for our patients, our facility conducted the activity #ProjectKAPATIRAN. Safety protocols were ensured throughout the duration of the activity. Checking of temperature upon entrance to the activity area were taken, social distancing was observed and alcohol for disinfection was provided.
In relation to the COVID-19 pandemic that we are experiencing right now, an IEC fan was distributed reinforced with a lecture regarding to the difference between TB and COVID-19. It was also emphasized during the lecture the ways on how to avoid COVID-19 since they are immunocompromised. We also conducted free consultation, free ancillary medications were given. All patients were able to received 10kg of rice.
12 clients out of the 29 total participants were visited prior to the date of activity and were given 10kg of rice.
